What do we need the money for........

We have two parts to our company right now.

One part of the business is ramping up to become a producing gold company.This part of the business will require $100's of millions. That royalty deal and debt financing is coming.

The second part of the business is exploration. We need to continue to feed this critical part of our business. This cash we will receive will go directly to the exploration side of the business. For tax purposes this type of capital raise is very advantage to the investors of the issuance.
