RE:RE:RE:RE:potential buyout

RE:RE:RE:RE:potential buyoutthen following the lofic, the reason why Desmond Dermott wants to ensure that his large block of stock not be diluted in percentage is to ensure that DeBeers cant make a tender offer directly to MPV shareholders and have any hope of being successful in obtaining control of the company?  Because lets face it, its a lot cheaper to buy MPV at these types of prices rather than to try to negotiate with Desmond Dermott  directly for MPV's 49%interest.  If DeBeers were to offer shareholders 8 bucks I bet the vast majority of shareholders, OTHER than Mr. Dermott,  would eventually take it or thereabouts.  That may be why this stock has been supressed, perhaps, by DeBeers or their surrogates, so as to keep it deliberately cheap (for two reasons-1. To make it harder to finance the mine; 2. To make it stay cheap in theevent they ever decided to tender to sharehholders).      But if that was why historically it has been suppressed, that is to say, IF you believe its been a conspiracy (I dont but I dont eliminate it completely) then it has FAILED  on Reason # 1 and so far on Reason #2. In fact, its probably now impossible o=for DeBeers to attempt a tender offer and succeed, due to the block that the TIGs own. And that may be the overwhelming and possibly the ONLY reason wny the DD has been buying the stock.  To prevent DeBeers from trying to rip him  off, which, they would have gladly done as the project inexorably rolls towards production.  Of course, there is that small little item called DEBT FINANCING that has yet to be announced. A fulcrum type binary event that will seal the "go to "production" fate , for MPV at least.  Maybe DeBeers is waiting and watching to see if this one last piece of the puzzle can be successfully completed and thereby thwart them completely from even tryng to pick off MPV shareholders.  If this is the case, then the historical reasons for suppression would be eliminated.  But as I said, I dont believe that they  (DeBeers) have been supressing the stock.
