The US Congress will convene with pro XLE Pipeline supporters soon. Combine a rising SP with the overwhelming position Orange has taken and we will get some action. I would think Fiera is talking with Orange all the time.

Also, the Republican Congress in the US will be pro business. Of course Obama could veto, but the expectation of positive moves should spur these two big investors onward. Then the move up in O&G stocks should trigger buying again. If nothing else we should see our BXE shares go up nicely. Shorts cover, Q earnings start to look good, etc.

I see good things and it is great as I bought more on the way down.
