400k for no vote. In the earlier days I paid over $1.00 per share - Paid $0.5 lately for the same. Now at  $0.04 cents X 5 split is the only way management can bring this stock up. If they get approval for 5:1 then at 20 cents it is a joke. If they could get the stock op to 16 to 20 cents then a 5:1 split would mean something - 0.80 to $1.00. All I see is managemnet fee, rentals, compensation, buddy buddy fees. Everybody does good except the shareholder. If the stock was worth $1.00 five years ago then why is management willing to screw the long time investors at 4 cents.
