The Company holds working interests in approximately 38 licenses on over 257,604 acres in two oil-producing basins in Brazil, namely Potiguar Basin and Barreirinhas Basin. The Potiguar Basin is located in the eastern portion of the northeast region of Brazil extending through the states of Rio Grande do Norte and Ceara. The Barreirinhas Basin is located on the Brazilian equatorial margin on the coast of the state of Maranhao.
