Ability's long-term care portfolio's morbidity risk has been largely re-insured to third parties, and Ability is no longer insuring or re-insuring new long-term care risk.

Corporate and Outlook

The trading discount of MAR shares has not improved and normally widens as volatility widens. It was anticipated that a sustainable dividend and transparent portfolio would ultimately lead to a reasonable trading discount, but this has not occurred.

The Company is now actively looking at proposals for alternative structures

and liquidity provisions to address this issue.
