RE:buyout

RE:buyoutYou guys might want to check and see who financed the last private placement?

If my memory is correct I think management aka Petit and others may have financed the latest raise.... Why because nobody was interested in the company with this terrible market for juniors. If this is the case management would be motivated to sell out at these prices, giving them a profit on their warrants and shares, however this would be not in the best interest of the shareholders considering the gold market as of late! This could be a serious conflict of interest as NGD's bid is no doubt opportunistic but the question is what are the motives behind managements willingness to sell out for 16 or 18 million market cap? Something does not smell right here....  Who is going to make money here?

I would suggest any of you shareholders that have been affected by this action to immediately contact IIROC and the BC Securities Commission and voice your concerns. I'm no longer a shareholder, I saw this coming and sold out a year ago so I'm not personally affected.
