RE:RE:California Aggregate Pricing correct: entry is no easy task. So there is entry level pricing and these guys have done entry level pricing in a diabolical 5 year window and they get high marks for that.
what you will see is 2 to three price increases per year. Sand is 25 cent to 50 cent business. If cement is going up $16/ton in Jan and then $10/ton in August - what's $1/ton and 50 cent per ton on high quality sand - its nothing.
where we are in the cycle - PLS should be able to be getting 15% - 25% price increase year on year for the next 4 years. Conditions go in your favor - you get three price increases per year. ASP's will double in Peninsula markets in 3-4 years.
