Its Concessions segment include the development, financing, build and operation of construction projects primarily by way of public-private partnership contract structures, as well as integrating the services of all project participants. The Company’s projects include Annacis Water Supply Tunnel, Bell Canada Gigabit Fiber Service, Finch West LRT, and others.

This is a repeat of Nov. 2010 all over again.
At that time it was the cancelation of the Suncor project.
Deja vu moment for me.

Now wait until institutions start dumping.
At that time it was National Bank that kicked off the dumping...let's see which one it is this time.
