Does anybody have an info in what hands the 78,8mio shares are?

I fear that there no big institutions in here that are as pissed as we are on this deal that would vote against it.

And I'd expected at least an offer giving this a value of around 30mio-40mio to be honest. I hope they give us european shareholders a vote as well and will vote against it but do not think this will change anything.

At least I then finally have shares in a company that seems to have better management given that they got this as a bargain. :-)
