$520,000 Offering

$520,000 OfferingThis offering of $520,000 will be just the tip of the iceberg of what JBR will need to raise in the future. It will take Million$ to drill an offshore well, whenever that will be. Expect significantly more dilution in the coming months to see their aspirations come to fruition. Cashflow is a long way off for James Bay. Do not buy shares until they get closer to spudding their first well which is exactly what I intend to do. Time is definitely something new investors have in abundance. Don't buy into this "opportunity" too soon. Let the "opportunity" come to you, while others take the risk of meeting managements funding needs.
