In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. Guys this info is outdated !!
the percentage calculations are not done on 872 million shares. They are done on the pre Suroco acquisition .
Another point is that I own 8 million plus shares over 3 accounts. (7.4 mill) in one account and I'm on
that list.
Having said that I'm still sure PTA needs more institutional investors on board. We need institutions to own at
least %40-50 of the float in order to have a decent pricing !!
consolidation of shares and moving to the main exchange would definitely help !
