RE:Q3, Land Purchase, and Bought Deal

RE:Q3, Land Purchase, and Bought DealYes, lots to digest. I just read the whole document.

I would say that they are "on track" to achieve their 5 year plan (bigbab, Staghorn and others), this is what we have been waiting for.

I think it is great they bought more land. They paid a decent amount for it. Clearly lots of demand for land in the region. Growth is secured.

The only dark spot is the equity issuance. I wish a firm that does not imperatively need it would not issue stock and dilute current shareholders. However, combined with all the good news and the acquisition, I am hoping the stock will not be punished for it (the normal reaction for a stock issuance).

Given the recent volatility, it is wise to strengthen the balance sheet when valuation is high. No doubt about that. So I guess I cannot complain too much.

Hopefully we will have a bit more color at the well-level. But overall, it seems we are on track for explosive growth in the next four years...imagine if LNG gets approved in the meantime...this stock could easily reach $30 in a three year time frame. GLTA!
