RE: Buyout and dividend suspensionVery well put Kgains. I was thinking the exact same thing re: the dividend suspension. Leaves more cash in the tills and (usually) drives the price down, making for a cheaper target. I was surprised to see the stock hold its ground in the $14-$15 range. The fact that the reaction was muted after the annoucement (see TRP- although admittedly, TRP is widely held institutionally) points to the fact that the Street is bullish on this stock, probably because of the likelihood of a takeover.
