the properties are good

the properties are good the mill has no tailings pond, or vanadium circuit. costs are around 60 million to get the mill upgraded,build tailing pond add vanadium circuit, reclaimations bonds. plus the 4 million anfield still owe to UUU (U one) plus cost to open the mine or mines plus cost of haul trucks to get ore to efr. I think there would be more profit for shareholder digging up his back yard and planting potatoes.
