RE:FSEFL's fiscal year-end is September 30.  Traditionally, the audited financial statements were published just before Christmas, but in years with bad news, the FS were released between Christmas and New Year.  Expect to have them released on Dec. 30 of this year, with Dec. 23 also a possibility.
