RE:RE:AGM should be a rough ride this year
I hope so BLStar because I too am wondering what Star is up to. What I did find recently is a news article on ICG and I remembered that Star has been working with ICG. See the Star’s NR below from April of 2014.
April 15, 2014 - Star Navigation Announces Progress with ICG Interface Testing
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 15, 2014) - Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SNA) (OTCBB:SNAVF) ("Star" or the "Company") and International Communications Group, Inc., ("ICG") of Newport News, Virginia are pleased to announce that they have concluded successful interfacing tests between their main lines of products, namely the ICG DataLink and the STAR-ISMS®.
This important validation step now allows the two companies to offer to the market, and to their customers, a combined solution with both DataLink and Real-time flight and maintenance data processing capabilities.
The combined solution brings to the operators a complete, end-to-end, real time stream of information that is transformed into added-value data, for improved fleet and operations management.
The two companies are pleased to build on their already existing reciprocal Dealer agreement, (See Press Release Oct. 21/13) which entitles each party to market and sell the products of the other.

What I found interesting in this articleis that all major OEMS and dealers are among ICG’s customers. They are a recognized leader within the industry and should Star and ICG end up working together I think the partnership would help move Star forward.
