Back in the early 80s I was 3750 level. at almost one mile deep at the dome .We were driving a waste drift to 8 shaft .A few hundred feet in we ran into an unknown ore body. The drift ran thru about 200 feet of high grade gold .I began each shift helping the sample man break Quartz off chunks of pure gold.Every direction the Dome went they found gold, and lakeshore is starting to look an western extension of the mighty Dome....farmboy 75
