Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Still in ramp up with all costs capitalized. MBAC has a new operating mininig operation worth ?200 million? Sounds like you don't know what a new producer is. There are explorers with just drill holes worth more. A steal here.
