Southern Pacific Resource Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the thermal production of heavy oil in Senlac, Saskatchewan on a property known as STP-Senlac, and thermal production of bitumen on a property located in the Athabasca region of Alberta known as STP-McKay, as well as exploration for and development of in-situ oil sands in the Athabasca region of Alberta. Its STP-McKay property consists of oil sands leases totaling approximately 37,760 acres. The Company’s operations also include Anzac, Hangingstone and Ells. The Company’s STP-McKay property is located approximately 45 kilometers northwest Ft. McMurray. The Anzac project covers approximately 117 kilometers of two-dimensional (2D) seismic. The Company owns 80% interest in Hangingstone project. The Ells project covers approximately 164 kilometers of two-dimensional (2D) seismic.

RE:RE:Where are the lawyersIts not that the SAGD did not work, its the formation that did not allow it so far not to work, its the fines are on the bottom where it should be lower within the layer cake, if it really is this then there really is no equity as a buyer would be zero, I think what we as SH should do is back management and allow another year to see if this will work, now there is no difference if you bought this atv1.50 or .06 if it in fact goes to 0 as both are a 100% loss, the difficulty is if, and this is a big one not the jacks a## but the other, if it goes from near zero back to 1.50 where one will feel like the jacks a## and the other the other, therefore a go to zero would equal SH= A##
