RE:Did Allana purchase NOVA for teh water or SOP or both??

RE:Did Allana purchase NOVA for teh water or SOP or both??Considering the importance of water supply in Ethiopia the priority I would say was the water.  This article is old but does go into the importance of water for Allana's plans. https://investorintel.com/potash-phosphate-intel/high-water-recharge-rate-brings-allanas-ambitious-targets-closer-to-reach/

Seems to me the pieces are all coming in place.  But being that they are operating in Ethiopia there are many things that could effect them either way.  From Volcanic activity, Geo political to China's interest in developing the economics of the area.  The move to modern Commercial Agriculture will mean a great need for Fertiliser and Water.  Egypt has already had a problem with Ethiopia's water interests but with China involved we will see.
