As far as I am concerned, he brought interesting fact to this Board as he was one of the few communicating verbally and in writting with GMA. For example, read his post at 10:35 on November 7, 2014. For me, it is valuable information.
A few months ago, he was buddy-buddy with Tiles as I felt Goldn1 was a big promoter of GMA. Things changed and he became critics with the absence of news and the missed deadlines by the management. If I recall correctly, he posted the number of shares he owns of GMA and it was over a million shares.
So in my mind, Goldn was first a fan of GMA, then became critics, owns over a million shares and brings valuable information to this Board. In terms of critics, we all became very critical of GMA's action, including the only analyst that was following/promoting GMA.
