Speculation

SpeculationClearly a few speculators here for a quick buck!

Carlisle were in need of cash. The confidentiality arrangement with Nord Gold is absolutely normal but clearly they didn't come through and it wasn't exclusive. It is most likely they were given an opportunity to make an offer before the AuRico deal and they didn't - probably thought they could wait and come in later - as they did. In addition someone attacked the shareprice at the end of Sept. and it wouldn't surprise me if this was related.

Bruce Reid holds 23m shares (some bought at 27 cents) - he would not be keen to sell out at 9.6 cents. The AuRico deal gives long term shareholders a chance to benefit from production.

None of this helps the new posters...might be time to cut your losses, maybe nothing happening here for a few (more) years.
