Interest in the past

Interest in the pastAs I was looking through past news releases, I saw companies like Ryan Gold and Canadian Orebodies have expressed interest as well albeit small ones. And before the PEA came out, CGJ adopted the poison pill. It seems to me Management doesn't like takeovers?
