CLOSED OVER FIFTEEN BUCKS!!!-THIS IS GETTING VERY INTERESTINHave held this one for some time now.....really enjoy the dividend, and added some earlier this year (2014).....feeling a little overweight now, but how long to remain at the party???
Me thinks the concept of "sub-metering" will really catch on in a very big way, and force those that tend to squander, read, waste a lot of energy will be compelled to pay for their actual usage....It works well in condos where occupants and owners are responsible for their water and electricity usage...but when some folks rent they think that since utilities are included in their rent payments they can abuse and use endless amounts of our precious water and electricity.....Reminds me of years ago, when I was a young traveller, touring the U.K.  I stayed in a flat with some other youngin's and I had to put a "bob" (ten pence) in the meter to have a hot bath....no showers in Britain in those days......
Comments........Answers.........Solutions????????????
Best.............SHUMBA
