Didn't have a chance to post today, but I added more shares at 5 cents.
I'm new here, only had this on my radar since the AUQ financing deal was announced, and made my first purchase yesteday at 6. Seems to me most people on the board are in favour that management is only interested in looking after themselves. $5 million will keep their juicy pay checks flowing for a few years while AUQ does all the work. Sure might create more value for shareholders in the long run, or may not. Such is the cash in many other companies AUQ financed. Final sale price CGJ should fetch will probably be around 15-20 cents. I expect Nordgold will come back with a hostile offer, which many shareholders will be interested in. AUQ will be forced back to the table, possibly offering cash and stock ("to allow investors exposure to futhur upside"). Regardless of what takes place the company is easily valued at 10 cents+ in the current environment.
Good luck to all
Have a good weekend

Nord Gold will have to accumulate shares in the open market and once they reached 20% its game on, CGJ mgmt and Aurico knows this and so they either have a bank or two "sponsor" them and let it rise past the nord gold offer and in turn the nord gold offer is no longer attractive and before it gets hostile which could be expensive for CGJ to hire advisors and defend a hostile takeover - believe me this happens more than you all think.

You may see an acceleration of payments by Aurico, and have the funds used by CGJ to buy up their own stock at these fire sale prices.

Keep selling at 5c - I'll gladly pick up some more blocks.
