The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:Qatar cuts its oil output.What matters is what I mentioned a few weeks back, its really up to the Saudis, and what their intentions in regards to pricing might be. The other key consideration is will the larger producer,
work on a revenue type model, where price is not the main consideration or will they undertake a profit maximization model, and prices will move higher. Venezuela might be a problem. The rest
of the producers (non opec) are price takers. Do some research to understand how they interact, as OPEC now seems to have some decent pricing power in the oil market.. Now we wait for the next update and try to glean some information on costs per barrel moving forward, especially at PUT.
