I sent this to IR today : Dear IR, Please relay this email to the board and management EXCEPT for Tom Buchanan. In light of continued shareholder value destruction it would be best if you were to find a new chairman. Mr. Buchanan is the only member/officer that has not supported SGL with public market buying of stock and he has lost the confidence of pretty much 100% of SGL shareholders. He also does not seem to have a good track record of creating shareholder value. He also has too many conflicts of interest. Also to re-instil some confidence the board and management would be well served to announce that they are all taking a cut in compensation along with some stock buying personally to support the stock price above $1. Finally it would be prudent to give monthly updates instead of leaving everyone in the dark for months on end. You need to start showing that you are serious about fixing the issues. Right now everyone thinks you are all, and especially Mr. Buchanan, just lining your pockets.
