BMO had some analysis on it today.  Doesn't look pretty and I didn't undestand it all as I never read the details on the debentures.

The production missed their estimate if I'm remembering the writeup correctly..

I have a basket of these little gold stocks so I guess I'll find out how they do overall.  I have both SPM and USA as an example so will see how the merger works. 

I have a small position in SGR and suspect you might also hold some shares or wouldn't bother writing here.  Unless you're flirting with the fine line between sanity and insanity.
