Earthworks Industries Inc. disclosed in a news release dated October 8, 2014, that, as a result of a further Amendment Agreement with North Bay Corporation, $200,000 was payable October 31, 2014. The payment has been made. As a result, the balance of the Company’s debt to North Bay Corporation will be payable within 120 days after the date that a final decision is issued by the United States Interior Board of Indian Appeals in relation to the Appeal earlier filed by the Company’s wholly owned California subsidiary, Cortina Integrated Waste Management, Inc. – referred to by Earthworks in earlier news releases.
