hold up guys, unless i misread the article, I think you got it slightly wrong..

The supreme court ruled that the PREVIOUS license holder had NO CLAIM, not that Stans STILL has a claim to the license.

I want this thing to rocket more than anyone, but if you guys keep spewing false info on here getting the poor retail to pump up the SP, it's only going to drop days later and everyone is going to keep crying...
