The 160 million shares O/S is no big deal.  almost 50% ie 80 million shares are controlled by insiders including 65 million by Royal Australia and another 5 to 10 million by Phillip Crabbe who runs Royal Austalia and is the Chairman of ALZ.  They need a project not a rollback.
