RE:RE:The Sprott FactorWhat about the balance sheet? you talking their debt. 2 times CF. Sure it is a little high. I would like to see it at 1.5 times. 
But you have to look at more than their debt.

Look at price per flowing, look at the price of the reserves, look at the land and where its at.. look at the infistructure.

Based on those metrics this is one of the cheapest mid size producers in this space.

This makes them a take over target  

Next check what they got for their oil in q3

Looks like it was just over 80 can 
including derivitives 

So WTI at 70 us is 79 can not much of a change from q3.
