never owned it and never will

I followed the normal requirements for DD (ie checking financials, background of owners, geological trends and option agreements re: in this case their "PLS" property). My DD showed crappy financials, highly questionable management history, off-trend geology and option agreement which they won't IMO be able to meet. Please inform this board w/r to the foregoing criteria (and any other criteria) what you WIKKI find so attractive.
