No, not good at all...only good thing I see is that cash increased...cash = $1/share.

The SP behaved like it expected 'blahhhhh'. I hope someone asks why Lucas keeps saying every quarter that the acquisition is "complete", yet, keep reporting "acquisition costs"...need more informaiton on "restructuring costs".

I can't see the SP going below $3...but who knows.
