At least it shows the cases wrt Apple are in the courts and moving forward - however excruciating slow that may be. I have to believe that JS would never have gone this far without having the determination and confidence that infringment claims against Apple will ultimately rule in their favor.

IMO JS's perseverance will pay off. Apple's hand will eventually be forced by the courts to succumb. It's not about the money for them - it's a stated philosophy. But the squeeze is on IMHO.
