LEG -Rally Potential
Extremely oversold. Very bearish sentiment on OPEC Meeting outcome next Thursday. Could the market get a bullish surprise or at least is the negative news built in and we see a rally regardless? With LEG insider buying yesterday maybe it is time to be long and let those massive short positions give us a 10-15% short term rally? I'm betting on it.
