..... Did not have the necessary 2/3rds majority.

Exploration Program - Pine Cove

-   2,000 meter drill program approx. 6-8 weeks starting in December with NI43-101 expected within 6 months.

-   Approximately $900,000 has been spent on exploration this past year.
