RE:This could be nothing butManagement is in block out period during the quarterly report preparation as far as I know. Xie is another story of course, but he has done his transactions through Qtrade in the past.
In my opinon the person/ people behind the sell off...
- ...held a lot of shares since this pattern is going on for months
- ...must have a very low entry price (probably around 0,05 CAD from the IPO days?) and/ or hold cheap options (0,05 CAD & 0,15 CAD options are mentioned in the Q2 report)
- ...are no insider (anymore)
It's a good sign imo that Leede, a major shareholder, is buying again.
Still finances remain a major worry for me - Q3 report will be very interesting for sure.
