TOG price and options that expire today...

TOG price and options that expire today...TOG is lagging today after a surge...I looked at the options that expire and it appears that the market makers will maximize their profit if TOG can close at 11.32 which is where it appears to be stuck...Hope the SEC looks at what is happening today...By the way, if the weekend produces no news either positive or negative, there should be a 2% pop on Monday...
