Rules says

Rules says MBX can not shorts. How come short position Realist positing? I can see US dollar goes up, Dow goes up. Very clear to me MBX goes down. I cannot see US dollar help? See 4 days ago 0.90 Friday 0.81 If dollar goes some more up Monday can buy below 0.80. some members Logics I cannot understand. I can clearly see MBX share price moves opposite way .
