It would be very naive for shareholders to support a $7 takeover bid. LTS is worth significantly more then that.




The problem with takeovers is the majority of shareholders don't care what the long term value is. If they get an offer that significantly above current SP, such as the $7 figure, they will vote for it and simply move the money elsewhere. I know I will if it comes to that even though I believe the company is worth double that in a stronger wti environment.
