Tripple B, you and I seem to shares similar views and story here..  Myself, I believe that I was in this early to mid last decade, and right now I can't recall how I faired out?  Just know that there was a reason at the time for driving me to exit.

With respect to your views on Reverse-Splits, I tend to feel the same way.  I don't believe that I've ever seen a company that's R/S'd fair out well in the short term.  In fact, I feel after a R/S the stock value tends to decline quicker as the decline_rate/share's_out ratio doesn't remain 'in-tune'.  This accelerated drop is probably mainly due to the recent negative news surrounding the R/S.  As in I/E's case when they have to preserve thier exchange listing, or, when say hype for financing is needed.
