RE:Please Request Comment from CEO WEQ Stock Valuenovnew the CEO commented extensively in the Q3 CC. He addressed the reasons for the weakness at length and what is being done to strengthen the company including better explaining their business model to investors. He stated point blank the dividend would be maintained.

Last but not least he along with other directors have purchased shares in the open market which is the ultimate vote of confidence.
