Any news on the new business model?

A few months ago Bearing mentioned they were getting out of the gold exploration scene and into something else. Given that the expl market is likely to get worse before it gets better, this sounded like a great idea at the time and certainly still does. A few months in and no movement on finding a new business model has me wondering. I realize good ideas don't grow on trees, and things take time to unfold, but at a minimum it would be nice to hear what direction they are heading.
