Would not be first time an exec went from Diamonds to gold

Would not be first time an exec went from Diamonds to goldthe bios of current Lucara diamonds execs are in the public domain ... at the end of the day I think everyone reports to Lucas . If Lucas were to  ask someone to take on this new responsibilty it would be hard to turn him down
Also a current Lucara Diamonds  board member with initials ET ( not referring to -extra terrestrial)
also has transitioned from Diamonds to Gold . I think it could be a real positive career move for someone to come in and get the Fruta del Norte Gold mine in Ecuador up and running for the Ludin Family. Kinross paid billions for what they thought could be one of the largest untapped gold
reserves in the world.  I think after 2nd quarter 2015 all the operational and installational challenges at Karowe will be done, Lamb has changed mining sectors before .....Lamb also may be content just to retire running Lucara Diamonds ... anything is possible IMHO
