still aggressively paying debt down
possible sale/leaseback of two properties 15mil?
payout ratio on dividend is very low at 37% of FCF
low capex 
yields over 6%
AND biggest surprise is the growth. YUP. I believe they are tip toeing into the US market.

I'm still a buyer...started at 1.90
