Line in the sand
Line in the sandLet's make a line in the sand and state a couple of observations:
Small Caps and especially micro caps have great difficulty finding capital.
Small Caps and especially MC are not participating in market gains
'tina is out of favour with the investment world.
US dollar strong and getting stronger and therefore commodities are being hammered
Today we have excess oil sloshing around.
The market always gets it right??? Always??!!....
The 'tina economy will improve after the election
The market will stop making gains and captial will look for opportunities- maybe MC
Eventually Small Caps will participate in marlet gains
Excess oil is not forever
With market cap of $8MM and 5B OOIP with 3% recovery 150MM Barrels
We are valued at $0.06 per barrel - hey...that is what a share costs
We can buy $75 US barrel for $0.06 Cdn - I know just shameless pumping!!
Does the market always get it right?
Majors are buying now for 6 years down the road not what oil is today,
We have insiders, 40%, with deep pockets and can support company until the right opportunity
Do you believe that technology in the VM will improve over next 2-3 years
Once we have 1 or 2 years understanding the formation will 3% recovery stand, maybe 7 or 10%.
Investors are selling for all kinds of reasons....I am buying for the above reasons.
