RE:Conference call starts now (11 AM).Very good quarter.

ACS, ProSys, Arc payments are now paid off. Only 5.5M left to be paid on Sigma over the next year. Cashflow is really good and should continue into Q4 which is seasonally strong. Will try to find an answer regarding income taxes.
