RE:RE:RE:RE:Well worth the riskDacom I can see your point of view with regards to Electrovaya and the real question of whether they can secure the necessary financing for an new plant considering how difficult a time they had in the recent past to finance their own working capital needs. But this situation may be different in 1. Who the seller is 2. How it ties in with this licensing strategy Ie the possibility of a larger game plan that includes the likes of say LG Chem 3. If there are any additional loan guarantees from JV partners 4. The fact that the plant comes with a revenue base that can support the carrying cost of the loan Just some thoughts
